THE 2008 SURVEY
1. Your new year's resolutions?
I wanna lose 10 pounds. I'm not overweight...but I'd like to have 10-20 pounds less. And from now on I promise to pay more attention to ME and what I need and not just what others need...I don't mean it the "ME ME ME" way...but just paying attention to me and what I want more.
2. Who is your favourite person and why?
Well, I can tell what kind of qualities I like in a person. I like people with a great sense of humor, first of all. If someone makes me laugh and his/her sense of humor is similar to mine and that person "gets" my jokes....I will most likely get along great with that person and will enjoy spending time with that person. And honesty....I need to feel I can trust the other person. So pretty much anyone who is down to earth, honest and funny will end up being my favorite person. :)
3. What things make you happy?
In no particular order...
Well, chocolate! LOL!!! (I'm not kidding! LOL! When I am REALLY stressed out, I need a piece of chocolate.). I am REALLY easy to please and if you give me a bag of my favorite candy, I'm a happy girl. LOL!
Comedy. I LOVE to laugh...and I love joking around...I just love anything funny. If someone tells a good joke or I can joke around with someone...That makes me happy. (Nancy if you read this..."You know, I was like OH MY GOSH, that's like soooo funny, like oh my gosh, I like totally cracked up and you know like, totally was laughing when we were like talking like valley girls...Oh my gosh, that was like so funny, like totally!!!" LOL!)
Music. I don't think I could ever live without music. I listen to music all the time. I love to dance to some good music when I am really really happy, and sad songs comfort me when I feel really sad.
Nature. Nothing like sitting by a lake or an ocean and just enjoying the view and listening to the waves and the wind....
Kids. They are SO sweet, cute and funny. They say and do the funniest things. No matter how stressed out I am, or on how bad mood I am....kids always manage to make me smile. I was just taking care of this one 8 month old baby at work and he was sooooo cute! He started beaming the second I entered the room and he was just so cute...and funny too! He'd do these funny moves with his mouth and lips (you know...how babies sometimes do) and I started imitating him and then he'd do it again and I'd do it again and he'd watch me and then he'd start giggling and then I started laughing because it was so cute and funny!! LOL!
Michael Jackson. What can I say. The man's amazing! I love his music, there are so many great memories I have from seeing him on tours, etc., I have met so many awesome fans and made so many great friends through him...! And when he smiles, it makes me smile. It's "contagious"! I love him!
4. What does your ideal man look like?
Well, I've always had a "thing" for dark hair and brown eyes....but I really don't think I have a "type" as far as looks go. It really depends on what the PERSON is like. I have to like the person and his personality. I do like eyes that "sparkle"...I can't really explain it better than that. He just have to have that "something" I like. If he's sweet, cute, caring, considerate, smart, down to earth, has a great sense of humor and doesn't take himself too seriously and doesn't think he's "all that"...then he's pretty much my "ideal" guy.
But if I had to give an image....I'd say this guy comes pretty close, looks and personality wise... :D
5. What is their personality like?
Huh? Whose personality? *confused* LOL!............OH...you mean, my "ideal guy"?! LOL! Well, see above. Sweet, caring (not just towards me, but people in general...if I see a guy helping a stranger or just being nice to others, he gets major points), considerate, patient, calm (as in...can solve arguments without yelling. People who get loud and yell scare me...I never yell at anyone, so I don't think I could deal with a guy who'd yell at me...), smart, funny, not full of himself, loves kids (I wanna have kids, so I'd never be able to be with a guy who wouldn't wanna have kids! Duh!), etc.
6. What things would put you off a person in a relationship?
Arrogance, I can't stand people who are full of themselves and who treat others as if they were less important than him.
Too much flirting and cheating. If the guy wants to be with tons of different girls...sure, fine....just not with me. Either he's with me and ONLY me...Or he can remain single and be with all the girls in the world he wants to be.
Lying. I REALLY do not tolerate lying. If I catch someone lying to me....I'm gone!
Not being trustworthy. If the guy won't do what he promised, if he isn't where he said he'll be, if he gives me an excuse after an excuse....I won't put up with it very long.
7. If money was no object, where would you go on holiday next?
Ooooh....there are SO many places I still want to see! I've never been in New York, so that would be cool. I've always wanted to see Australia and Japan...I'd love to go to Paris one day and go to the Louvre and Versailles and see all the other sights...And if Michael Jackson would really have 30 concerts in London...and money was no object...I'd wanna stay in London as long as he's there and go to EVERY single one of his concerts there!! That would be a dream come true! Wow!
8. What was the best thing to happen in 2007?
Finally realizing a few truths about someone...and "cleansing" my private life.
9. What's your favourite food?
Well, Michael Jackson would probably hate it...because it's BROCCOLI. LOL! And cauliflower. Vegetables in general. Potatoes, carrots, etc. I'll eat pretty much anything vegetarian. Salads (but without a dressing...I don't really like salad dressings...), steamed vegetables, etc. I really like Chinese food too.
10. What's your favourite drink?
I don't think I really have one. I usually drink water or sometimes Diet Coke...and sometimes I have a glass of orange juice for breakfast.
11. What do you regret most?
Having put up with a certain person for too long...(See above, Question 8)
12. What are you looking forward to in 2008!
Seeing MICHAEL JACKSON again, maybe!!!! And possibly getting a new MJ album!! Seeing a friend's new baby daughter for the first time. (She was born in December and I haven't got a chance to see her yet..:( ).

No, not really.

Well, depends how that is meant. There are a lot of people I like. I don't really have a crush on anyone right now though...

Hmmm....I think it was last year....When I went to Toronto but I told my mom I'm visiting a friend and staying at her house for a week. That friend lives about a 4 hours drive away from my house....But my mom always gets so worried when I am travelling, so I didn't tell her where I was really going because I didn't want her to worry. I almost got busted though because she called and I forgot the time difference. LOL! I don't usually lie though.
15. When was the last time you cried?
Yesterday. I was watching something on TV and there was a sad scene, so I started crying. I'm such a dork and a crybaby! LOL!

Nope.

Gosh...all of them probably! MSN, AIM, Paltalk, Yahoo...etc. LOL!

You will never believe it, but it was broccoli and potatoes actually. LOL!

Yeah. I had a night shift the other day so I still have a bit of a "jet lag" from it.

I have TV on...CNN.

I think it has something to do with the molecules and reflection and all that scientific stuff but I'm just too tired to get into it right now. LOL!

Yeah, they taste alright.

I do probably use s**t and f**k too much...LOL!

Well it's my PJ top....I probably bought it myself. LOL!

Yeah. Unfortunately. But at least you learn from you mistakes. At least hopefully.
27. Do you use an alarm clock?
Yeah, two actually. In case I don't hear the first one or one of them stops working. I think I "radiate" or something because for some weird reason all the clocks either start malfunctioning or stop around me. I have already bought three alarm clocks and they all have either stopped or they start showing the wrong time and then all of the sudden get back on time again...and yes I have changed the batteries. LOL!

No, not really.

I seem to be the master in that. All the guys I ever have had a crush on are either gay, married, cheats or not interested in me. *singing* "She is soooo luckyyy...." *sarcasm*

A T-Mobile sidekick. But I am thinking of buying a new one...No idea what kind yet.

Probably a bit of both...However, I usually like to be with just a few people I know...I'm not much of a "networker". I guess I can be somewhat of an "wallflower" a lot of times...LOL! If someone comes to talk to me, I do talk to them, but I'm really shy, so I rarely walk up to someone and go talk to them myself...

Oh boy, I think it was months ago.

I have no idea. LOL!

Yeah, my sister can be pretty annoying at times. But mostly she's okay, I guess. We're both so different...like day and night. I'm shy and quiet and she's really outgoing and loud.

I'd say Coke. Diet Coke.

I don't really have one....I wear all colors...I used to almost always just wear black...But I like different colors now.

I don't really listen to any particular station anymore. I used to listen to KIIS FM, but nowdays I usually always have TV on and have either CNN or MTV on.

Blonde.

Somewhat, yeah.

I'm alone.

Yup.

Nothing. Bare feet at the moment.

I'm impressed by genuine kindness and I find a great sense of humor really attractive.

I haven't seen it.

Uhm...chocolate? LOL!

They probably do. I can be extremely shy and I try to be kind to everyone and help if I can...so a lot of people probably think I can't say no and think I let people treat me whatever way they want. So some are probably surprised sometimes when I say I won't do something they want me to do and when I won't take crap from people.
62. When you're in a bad mood, what will always put you in a better mood?
Comedy. A good joke. Anything funny. It was impossible to be mad at my dad for a long time because everytime I was pouting and not talking to him, he'd start pulling funny faces or acting really silly and he'd say something really funny or he'd imitate me and I'd just crack up every time. LOL!

Sometimes....

Not yet.
65. What do you hope to have accomplished by the end of the year?
I hope I have lost 10 pounds by the end of the year. LOL!

I'm often really scared to be home alone. Believe it or not. There's been times I've stayed awake all night just because I was too scared to go to bed. :/

Well, if cooked broccoli and potatoes qualify as a home cooked meal...then the answer is earlier today. LOL! I'm such a "chef" aren't I? I can cook vegetables! Yay! Wanna come over for a dinner? LOL! LOL! LOL!
